IWR1843BOOST: tm_visualizer crashes after clicking the setup complete in "Play Back"

Im using mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_10_1 . I wanted to visualize the log generated using tm_visualizer in play back mode. I have not connected IWR1943BOOST to my PC. 

I have selected Play Back mode and given the log file. I have selected CFG as "18xx_traffic_monitoring_70m_MIMO_2D"  And all other parameters same as when used in recording the data.

When I click on Setup Complete the tm_visualizer crashes with the following error attached as an image. I have installed  "MATLAB_Runtime_R2019a" in C , and extracted the downloaded industrial toolbox software "mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_10_1" in D drive. my log file is in my Downloads.

    Hello,

    What is the log file you are trying to load? Did you save it using the same GUI and binary file? It seems the data is not being read in correctly to play back. This GUI will not play back other file formats from other GUIs or labs.
