if possible, please elaborate on your error - is it not installing? running? do you have issues with COM port, etc.?

installing is successful ..app is open ...when i connect the board lm3lm64lm96x63evm with laptop ...then itis not responding... i think COM port is not detected it is not show    

and as in reference i done same but itis not showing in port. ..

Can you confirm that you did steps 4 through 7 of the EVM user manual (pages 17-19) to update the USB driver for the MSP430F5529 on the EVM?

sir i have done these steps but it is show your driver is already install. but  it not showing "LM63LM64LM96x63EVM(COM-)” and the 6point a warning window select “Install this Driver Anyway”.is not coming.
