AWR2944: Power consumption vs junction temperature Tj

Hi,

My customer is designing their product on AWR2944, would like to know the power consumption at different Tj, while i don't find such info, would u pls help provide?

In AWR2944 datasheet Table8-4, it only lists the power consumption at 25C ambient temperature,

Who is the customer here and what are the various Junction temperature where they want to know the power?

Hi Ishita,

Will let u know the customer in email. Per my understanding and also seen in some processor power spreadsheet, the power consumption always depends on the Tj, customer would like to know the relative between power consumption vs Tj(such 0, 25, 85, 125, 140...)?

Hello Andy,

Yes, you're right. Power consumed is indeed a function of temperature. Currently, in the device datasheet, we only measure average device consumption numbers for a "Typical" usecase.
