AWR1843: Missing packet xdc.tools

Hello,

When trying to compile an example program for the AWR1843 card, I have a compilation error with the xdc.tools tool, apparently a package is missing and I don't know how to find it.

    Hi,

    In order to build an AWR1843 application with CCS we recommend creating a CCS projectspec. As you have experienced it is easy to miss some of the required files when building from scratch.

    There are several examples of CCS projectspecs provided in the TI resource explorer in the Automotive and Industrial toolboxes
