  • Hi,

Is this the first time the board is used?

    thank you

    Cesar

  • No, it used to work well and can be debugged, but it could not be debugged or downloaded when it was used yesterday.

The following error occurred when I was debugging:

Cortex_R5_0: Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0x0 on Page 0 of Length 0x40: (Error -1065 @ 0x40) Unable to access device memory. Verify that the memory address is in valid memory. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.6.0.00172)
Cortex_R5_0: File Loader: Verification failed: Target failed to write 0x00000000
Cortex_R5_0: GEL: File: D:\1Program\Workspace\TI2944TDMA\awr2944_mmw_demo_mssTDM\Debug\awr2944_mmw_demo_mssTDM.xer5f: Load failed.

    I don't know if it's a hardware problem or a software problem.

    Do you have any solutions?

    thank you!

  • Hi,

Could you please provide the following information and try the following steps?:

    1. Can you confirm whether the 2944 EVM is being used here, or if a custom board has been developed?

    2. Could you connect to the user COM port via TeraTerm, PuTTy etc, then boot the EVM in UART boot mode and confirm that you see some output over UART?

    3. If output is seen over UART in UART boot mode, could you try the flashing procedure again and see if it succeeds?

    4. If the flashing procedure is successful, could you flash the CCS debug image available in the SDK and try debugging again by booting the device in QSPI boot mode?

    Regards,

    Aayush

  • Hi,

Thank you for your advice and I'm using 2944EVM.

I have found the problem, which is that the resistance from 2944 to GD25b64 (Flash) is not welded properly.

  • Hi,

Was this issue was seen on an unmodified AWR2944 EVM? Is the issue resolved now?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aayush
