Hi Jimmy,

We do not have an exact match for that part. However, we do have the bipolar DRV5055 and unipolar DRV5056 ratiometric devices that could perhaps be used in your application instead. You can use a load switch, such as the TPS22917, to remove power from the device to reduce current consumption. An example of using a load switch to remove power from the DRV505x is illustrated in the TIDA-060032 reference design.

Hi Jimmy,

Can you provide more info on what the customer is asking? Are they asking if our device has been used in VR touch controllers?

Since the typical value of the system power supply of the handle in the project is 3V, while the minimum value of the working voltage range of drv5055 and drv5056 is 3V, the working voltage of the handle is too critical and sometimes less than this minimum value. So my customer finally select DRV5053, Thanks！！！

Hi Jimmy,

Since the customer has a low voltage requirement, the DRV5053 would be the best option here, as you mentioned.
