Do I need to write a program to the internal MCU before mounting the AWR1843 on the board?

What kind of connector and Writer do I need if I actually need to write?

I am not sure I understand the question. Which MCU are you referring to and which program are you trying to write?

Hi, I thought it was the AWR1843 MSS that wrote the program.
(Judgment from SDK user guide etc.)

Hello,

Please refer to this app note for the bootloader flow.

The MSS image can be loaded from the QSPI flash. The flash can be programmed after mounting the radar using the RS232 pins.
