    I check IWR1443 pin define top right CSI2_TXM_【0】&CSI2_TXP_[0], but AWR 1443 refer to pin define is LVDS_TXM_[0] & LVDS_TXP_[0];  and bottom right is also different,  so need you help me confirm whether is pin to pin ?

    AWR1443 is as below:

    Hello ,

    Yes, both the devices are pin compatible. In IWR variant, the same pins can bring ADC data output in either CSI format or LVDS format. In AWR variant only LVDS format is supported, no CSI. But the pins are the same, hence they are pin compatible.
