IWR1443BOOST: Unable to flash the vital signs lab on AWR1443BOOST

Hello

I am trying to load Vital Signs lab in AWR1443BOOST ES2.0 version but its detecting the board as AWR1642 instead of 1443, when i am trying to flash its showing the header files are not compatible when i manually select the board as 1443 but when i go with automatic detection and flashing on 1642 it is stucking at the downloading metaimage part. I thought it was sdk issue so i degraded to 2.1.0.4 from 3.5.0.4, still the issue persists. Can somebody help me with this?

Hi Khushi,

Are you running into this issue with our Uniflash tool?

This demo requires IWR-1443 EVM – ES3.0 (For ES2.0 use the Vital Signs version 1.3 in the Industrial Toolbox 3.2.0 or earlier). This is mentioned in the User's Guide which can be found in the 14xx Vital Signs folder.

In the image you can see its detecting it as 1642 but the radar is 1443. This is happening in both uniflash and dev.ti its detecting it as 1642.

I saw the vital signs lab from industrial toolbox 3.2.0 but in that mmwave sdk version mentioned is 1.2.0.5 so should i downgrade my sdk version further from 2.1.0.4??

Khushi,

On the image: I would recommend selecting the 1443 in the table below instead of using the auto detect uniflash feature.

Yes, downgrade your sdk to 1.2.0.5.
