Hi Sakai-san,

I may need your help to clarify exactly what information your customer is asking for.

The TMP61-Q1 is ESD tested for HBM and CDM in accordance to AEC-Q100-002 and AEC-Q100-011. Each test uses 1 lot of 3 devices, in which all pass. The HBM level is 2000V and the CDM level is 1000V. You can see this in the quality report. Also available online here.
