AWR1843BOOST: Regarding Beam narrowing

From the document the FOV of the antenna is +/-60deg. The FOV needs to be decreased to +/- 10 deg for customer needs. They would like to know the steps to help them reduce the FOV using mmwave studio, and also help them visualize the reduced FOV. Can anyone help on this?

    It is possible to reduce the visible FOV after processing the data by removing all detected points which are NOT in the range +/-10deg.

    This is usually performed by the host after the sensor sends the detected points to the host.

    If customer is capturing raw data and processing the data in matlab, customer would need to create a custom matlab script to process the data.

    It is not possible to reduce the physical antenna FOV.
