Since the oscillation frequency of Y1 connected to AWR1843 is 40 MHz, is it okay to recognize that a 40 MHz waveform appears when measured with an oscilloscope?

Hello,

Yes, after the board is powered on the crystal should be oscillating at 40MHz. If you probe with an oscilloscope you will see a 40MHz signal.

Hi, I tried to put the probe on the terminal of the crystal, but I couldn't observe 40 MHz.

Do you have any idea?
What is the peak-to-peak value of a 40 MHz voltage signal?

Where are you probing? Please specify which point you are probing.

If the signal was not there the board would not work, so there is something wrong with your setup.
