Hi..Cesar,

when we bought this module,with in 1 minute we are able to connect to hardware but from 2days i was facing this issue in connecting to hardware. if i kept for 1 hour also its showing it was connecting,the snapshot is shared below

without solving this issue we cannot progress our work

please help me in this

Hi,

First let's validate that the demo is running fine on the target as follows

1) Power On the EVM with SOP configured in functional mode

2) Check on the PC the value of User COM Port

3) Start an Emulation Terminal such as Teraterm and configure the Serial Port with 115200

4) Type enter

5) If the demo runs fine on the target one should see the CLI prompt

If the demo is running fine, it means that the issues you have are related to Visualizer Connection

You can try to download the Visualizer to the PC and run it from the PC in case there could be network problems

Hi cesar,

 we are able to visualize after flashing  the .bin from SDK 3.5. But the problem is after flashing Out_of_ box_ demo_16xx(.bin_file)  which is builded in ccs studio its showing the data port com 3 is waiting for data. From long time i was trying  but unable to connect to  the visualiser.

          i restarted my PC and i have installed visualizer app ,later also we are getting same problem.please help me with this issues

Hi,

So, it seems that the issue is not the Visualizer but the bin file built with CCS.

How was this file built? Did you create the CCS project? I think that the CCS project is not correct.

You should use the make file included in the SDK to re-build the demo.
