The AWR2243 Cascade EVM (TIDEP-010112 Schematic, Rev. B) has the unused FM_CW_CLKOUT and FM_CW_SYNCOUT pins terminated through 50 ohms to ground:
I can't find any recommendation in the datasheet for terminating them through 50 ohms, to ground, but maybe I'm missing it.
However, the AWR2243 Cascade Application report (SWRA574B) specifically says to leave unused LO outputs unconnected at the BGA pad:
Which is the recommended practice for unused LO outputs: terminating them through 50 ohms or leaving them unconnected?
