AWR1843: AWR1843 and computer connection

I use AWR1843 to build a millimeter wave radar.
I actually refer to the usage example of the data sheet and try to connect as shown in the figure below.

In my case, the computer is used to write the application created in AWR1843 and record the measurement result of AWR1843.
In this case, what is the recommended communication format with the computer?

Are you using our AWR1843 EVM or are you planning to create your custom board to which you want to connect the PC?

We recommend that you use the mmWave SDK demo on the custom board.

This demo will use UART to communicate with PC

Please see the implementation of the TI EVM AWR1843BOOST. I think you are already familiar with it.

What I want to know is not which file to use, but which communication format is best to use.
(By the way, the PC is used as the output destination for creating and writing self-made applications and measurement results.)
