IWR6843AOPEVM: Similarity between LogMag Range Profile in Out-of-box and Range Profile in Vital sign demo

Part Number: IWR6843AOPEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6843AOP

Hi,

I was wondering if there are similarities in the radar data as available in the logmag range profile when running out of box (oob) demo and the range profile data used in the vitals sign demo.
Somewhere, I noted that the logmag range profile of the oob is the first column of the range-doppler matrix which suggests output of the 2D/Doppler FFT while the range profile in the vitals sign demo seems to be from the 1D/Range FFT. But could it be that this data are somehow linked (or similar or same) since the logmag range profile is at 0th Doppler?
