I am working on MMW cascade radar front end. I am looking for script to run with mmWave studio to enable test pattern generator with LVDS. Do you know where I can it, if not, can you please support to develop one and share with me?

Test pattern feature is available only for LVDS interface.

For CSI interface you can use the Test Source feature which generates fix set of ADC data for given configuration.

You can refer mmwave DFP example to configure and enable Test Source configuration

Look for MMWL_testSourceConfig function in mmw_example.c from C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_02_00_02\mmwave_dfp_02_02_03_01\ti\example\mmWaveLink_SingleChip_Example directory.

For Test Pattern, you need to use rlDeviceSetTestPatternConfig API of mmWaveLink.

Thank you so much for your answer.

Eventually, I have to use Test Source instead of Test Pattern. However, I was a bit confused with your inputs. As Radar Control Interface Document described in the other way: Test pattern can be used only in LVDS testing.

Can you plz confirm if the document needs to be updated?
