IWR1642BOOST: How to increase the frame rate in OOB demo?

I am using IWR1642BOOST. I checked that if in the guiMonitor (-1 1 1 1 1 1 1), I enable all the tlv_types as listed below my frame rate becomes 4FPS. 

1. Detected Points
2. Range Profile
3. Noise Profile
4. Azimuth Static Heatmap
5. Range-Doppler Heatmap
6. Statistics 

I want to increase this frame rate. If I increase it manually in the framecfg (0 1 16 0 10 1 0) there is no USB output. It only outputs when the frame rate is 4FPS i.e. framecfg (0 1 16 0 250 1 0).

For my particular application, I need a range of up to 2 meters. Can I drop the redundant range bins and increase my frame rate??
