As SPRUIJ4A doc mentioned at Page18, Commands supported in the DCA1000EVM.

For

CONFIG_FPGA_GEN_CMD_CODE,
CONFIG_EEPROM_CMD_CODE,

CONFIG_PACKET_DATA_CMD_CODE,

CONFIG_DATA_MODE_AR_DEV_CMD_CODE

these four commands, as picture high light.

What's the detail config in these four commands？

Hello Bryan,

In the mmwave studio package (https://www.ti.com/tool/MMWAVE-STUDIO) you will find a "TI_DCA1000EVM_CLI_Software_UserGuide.pdf". This document is available in the "C:\ti\mmwave_studio_<version_number>\mmWaveStudio\ReferenceCode\DCA1000\Docs" location of the mmwave studio installation. This would provide all the command details to the DCA1000.
