LM50: Recommand the analog temperature sensors to replace LM50CIM3X/NOPB

Hi experts,

I want to recommand the  analog temperature sensors to replace LM50CIM3X/NOPB because of supply issue.

Could you help me identify the device which have the same function and pin-to-pin.

It's better if the device have the same characteristic below, it will not re-desgin the sofeware code. Thanks!

    Hi Gordon,

    Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

    The TMP235 is available in a SOT-23 package that is pin-to-pin compatible with the LM50. Additionally, the TMP235 will have a gain of +10 mV/°C and an offset of 500 mV from -40°C to 100°C. The input voltage range is lower for the TMP235, from 2.3V -5.5V but will be more accurate than the LM50.
