PGA900: Urgent:Uniflash download the FM with XDS200

Hi:

Today ,when I downloaded the FM to the PGA900 with the uniflash and XDS200, It showed download and verify all successful.

But when I checked the function, it's not good.So I used the uniflash to read the memory ,and verified the FM between the PGA900 and the hex file.

It showed failed. Please see the below picture. I want to know what can cause this problem?

I need to add some details:

I used the local XDS200 who can replace the original XDS200, and the uniflash can recognized it .

Hi Kim,

Can you explain what you mean by 'the local XDS200' versus the 'original XDS200'?

I just want to say：I download the FM to the PGA900 with the uniflash and local XDS200(the local one has the same function as TI's XDS200, and the uniflash can recognize it.),the uniflash showed downloading and verifing all successful.

But when I checked the function, it's not good.So I used the uniflash to read the memory ,and verified the FM between the target IC and the hex file.

It showed failed. Now , I want to know the reason for this problem.

Hi Kim,

If you are using an unmodified gel file, you will be programming the firmware into the DEVRAM space, and not the OTP space. Please see the linked E2E thread for more information on this:

Also, you will need to supply 7.5V to the VP_OTP pin while programming the OTP. Please refer to the OTP programming section of the datasheet for detailed instructions.
