A client company is reviewing mmWave Radar sensors to measure the speed, trajectory, and spin of a golf ball. Please give us your opinion if IWR6843 part is suitable.
As an additional question, please give us your opinion on which Demo Lab should be applied in Radar Toolbox.

We are confident that this is possible with radar, but it may require some additional processing. I would recommend using the out-of-box demo as a starting point, but unfortunately, we don't have a lab that is especially tailored to this application yet. They will want to maximize the maximum velocity using the sensing estimator tool below.

I would not get discouraged by the fact that it appears that our maximum velocity is below a typical golf swing. With some additional processing and accounting for aliasing, the maximum velocity could likely be extended by a factor of 2-3X. See below for a config that will allow a maximum velocity of 140 kph.
