OPT3101: Measurements of multiple boards with opt3101 are not the same

Hello hope are you good, I have a custom boards when I used opt3101 but I have a big problem the measures are not the same, in theory I am using the same photodiodes in all my boards.

I did the calibration as you said but I can't solve the problem, can you help me? Is there any mathematical method with which I could correct those offsets?.

The measurements shown in the following pictures are from 3 different boards, as you can see, the measurements have a large offset error.

Hi Noel,

Units are expected to differ, so phase offset and crosstalk should be calibrated per device. Have you done this?

Also, are you able to provide details about your application?

Thank you for your response, Yes, I did the calibration with your SDK, my application is basically object detection.

Hi Noel,

Your amplitude measurements seem very low. Are you testing this at a large distance? The larger the distance, the more noise will play a role.

Hi Noel,

Have you tried using the system estimator tool to compare your measurements with a simulation? Are you using HDR mode? What is your target distance in your application?
