TDC7201: Wider temperature range

Dear teams,

My customer is looking at TDC7201. Could I ask whether we have Q1 version or another similar device with wider temperature range, maybe -40 to 125 degree celsius?

    Hello Dylan,

    Thanks for posting on the sensing forum! Unfortunately we do not have a Q1 version of this device or something similar with higher temperature range. Will the customer be using this for ultrasonic measurements along with TDC1000 or will the be using this device as a timer for a different device?
