Have you tried setting a different measurement duration or a different measurement mode?

Have you used this EVM in the last few days to measure any temperature measurements, or is this EVM fresh out of the box? Do you have another EVM that can be used to verify if the GUI is working?

Sorry,I only have one EVM.I received the EVM no more than two weeks ago,I measured the temperature and humidity a few days ago and it was normal,suddenly it didn't work properly, and I found that when EVM was working properly, the red light was flashing, but now when it wasn't working properly, the red light was always on.

Can you confirm if the hardware is connected on the bottom left of the screen and if the ADDR is set to 0x44?
And can you send me a screenshot of your debugger (CTRL + SHIFT+ J) when you open up the GUI and try to trigger a measurement?

Hi Jiang,
Have you tried using this GUI in the offline version? You can download the GUI to your laptop/computer and try to run it from the GUI Composer runtime application instead of using the online version.

Can you provide some logic captures using a logic analyzer or an oscilloscope? It would be helpful to observe these in the trigger on demand mode as well as the automatic measurement mode.
