AWR6843: Windows not able to detect sensor

I purchased AWR6843ISK and AWR6843AOPEVM. But windows 10 is not able to detect the device. I checked device manager and found that in Ports nothing is detected, but in other device it is showing Enhanced COM port and Standard COM port with no COM port number.

How to resolve this issue?
