On January 28 we placed an order for a mmWave cascade imaging radar RF evaluation module (MMWCAS-RF-EVM), but we couldn't use it because the data collection EVM was out of stock for a while. The other day, we opened the box for the first time and noticed a lot of oxidation on the board already even though we hadn't opened the box up until now. Based on our previous experience with this board, the sensor readings will get affected by this oxidation and we'd like to return it. However, the customer service asked us to first post the issue here to then process our return request. We have done a lot of back and forth messaging with the TI customer service, so we appreciate it if you can expedite this process so we can complete the return and close this case.
