DCA1000, AWR1843 power issue

Hello, 

I want to use DCA1000 board with AWR1843. 

I give to power 5V to each board and select the switch3 to DC_JACK_5V_IN.

then, 5V_LED is light up & down frequently.

I cant acquire 4 AR logos port but can acquire 2 XDS110 port
