MMWAVE-STUDIO: DCA1000, AWR1843 Unable to read FPGA Version

I use the mmWave Studio tool to capture data of AWR1843 by using DCA1000.

when I click the "Connect, Reset and Configure" button blow error is occured.

Is this window fireware problem?? 

or there are anything problem???
