HI Team,

My customer is working cybersecurity on AWR2243, there are some questions need to confirm:

1. How can I do to lock the flash function of AWR2243 to avoid attacker tampering with compromised software?

2. Whether does AWR2243 check the correctness of received "Electromagnetic waves" to avoid attacker sending wrong signals?

Hi,

1. There is no Secure Part in AWR2243 and being a Front end sensor only the security part would have to be ensured by HOST. You can however, explore to load the firmware to AWR2243 over SPI, every single time at boot. You can have details in https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracr5/spracr5.pdf.

2. Not sure if you were referring to the Interference or Jamming or Detection of expected reflected signal. From the interference perspective, TI RADAR devices have interference mitigation algorithms like CFAR, being supported. Also, there are few docs on the interference mitigation techniques which can be implemented by HOST.
