Hi TI engineer,
I measured SNR of 10dBsm corner reflector at 15m apart using AWR2243 cascaded radar.
Firstly, mmWaveLink_Cascade software was built, and measured SNR for 500 seconds.
As the temperature goes up to 100 ℃ for 500 sec, the measured SNR goes down approximately 3 dB.
I tried this test several times.
Most of the times the results are similar, but one case is different.
The SNR degradation is small, approximately 1 dB.
In 2nd figure, stop and restart of radar was done in discontinuity point.
In all test cases, the test was started at 40 ℃ and stops at 100 ℃.
The temperature was read from AWR2243.
I am using DFP 2.2.2.1.
I checked radar config. APIs(rlSensor.c) which affects this difference.
But I am not sure what API affects the SNR difference?
