AWR1843: OOB Demo Range profile Explanation

Part Number: AWR1843

Hi.

I was going trough the web based Demo Visualizer. I noticed in tests that every frame is composed by 16 chirps. I suppose that the 16 chirps are equally spaced trough the hole frame period by idle time . My question is:

Since for the creation of the range profile (or object detection) just one chirp is needed and the ADC sampling is from just one of them. How the program/device choose which chirp is the one used for range profile?

best regards

Ajay
