LM63: D+ and D− pin 2.2nF capacitor

Hi Sir,

customer want to use 3.3nF capacitor on D+/D-, can use this value? because the datasheet is 2.2nF.

Hi Tommy,

As you stated, the maximum capacitance is specified at 2.2nF. Excessive capacitance will cause negative temperature error.
