The sensitivity is 400mv/a which doesn't have a value for 3.3V but why for the 400mV sensitivity is there no current specified at 3.3V?

The reason the device does not display a range for this portion of the table is that the A4U variant of the device is not recommended to be run below a Vs of 4.5V:
If the customer wishes to use a Vs of 3.3V, they should look to the A3U or the A3B, as these devices possess the highest sensitivity for this supply voltage level.
