IWR1843BOOST: mmWave Studio reproduce .json file

Hello TI-Team,

We are currently working with mmWave Studio. We have captured some Data Samples and saved the created adc_data.bin and LogFile.txt files.

However we didn't export a .json file...

Is there a way to recreate this .json file from the captured Files?

I'm looking forward to your answer.

    Hello Vincent,

    Unfortunately there is no way to export the .json file of your mmWaveStudio settings outside of using mmWaveStudio itself, but you could write it based off of some of the settings printed in LogFile.txt. I would recommend just trying to recreate the setup to the closest of your ability and make sure you save the .json file so that the settings are saved. adc_data.bin is only the raw sensor data and has no documentation of what settings were used for that run.

    I still have the Configurations .xml files from the tests, it seems that this is sufficient to create the missing files.
