But there is no detailed information for top view. We need accurate sensor area position on the chip.

Hello Roy,

Will you explain what is meant by more accurate sensor position? The picture above shows the offset of the sensor area including the width and length. Will you explain what additional information is needed?

Hello Roy,

From the middle of the package to the left edge of the sensor area shown is 0.335 mm. Therefore, from the left edge of the package shown to the left edge of the sensor area is 0.665mm.

From the middle of the package to the top side of the sensor area shown is 0.195mm. Therefore from the top edge of the package shown to the top edge of the sensor area is 0.805mm.
