We bought it from Mouser's dealer. Only after you confirm the real quality problem can we contact Mouser to go through the return and exchange process.

I wanted to used AWR1843AOPEVM to connect with DCA1000EVM to collect data.I did it as follows:
Firstly, the DCA_CONN port of 1843AOP was used to connect the 60-pin HD Connector of DCA1000, and SW3 chose to use radar power supply. At this time, the LED light is not on, and the chip is hot, data cannot be collected.
Later,DC power supply was selected, the voltage was adjusted to 5V, and SW3 chose DC-5V.At this time, the LED light was on, but the chip temperature was very hot, and data still could not be collected.
After the DCA1000EVM was tested by our company's hardware engineers ,we found that all three EPGA way points were short-circuited and the main chip was burned.
