Hello Champs,

Customer wanted to connect the IWR6843AOPEVM (Rev G) to DCA1000EVM directly, but he met below error.

He has configured the IWR6843AOPEVM according to the 4.8.2 DCA1000EVM Mode in below user guide.

DCA1000EVM Power supply: 5V/2.5A

BTW, the IWR6843AOPEVM can run standalone according to below training

Hello,

I do not see an error in the screenshots shown. The first screenshot shown is the screen one would see before connecting to RS232. If there is an error connecting to RS232 then I would need to see what it says in the console window. Also note that the most recent guide on the DCA1000 is available at our TI Resource Explorer within the Industrial Toolbox for mmWave Sensors. There are more links there and there is also a Debugging Handbook linked in the "Need more Help?" section that goes over common errors.
