OPT3101: ToF sensor Accuracy to meet 0.5 % of Span , Maximum displacement measured to be 75mm (approx. 3 inches), ToF shall have Class 1 Div2 intrinsic safety certification.

    Hello,

    Our system estimator tool, which can be found at the link below is good for estimating the type of performance you can expect with our OPT3101.  With the requirements provided and typical system specs such as target reflectivity percentage, LED model, photodiode model, etc., you can expect the results below.  

    The parameters to the system can be changed based on your systems specifics for a more accurate estimation of performance.

    Also, IC doesn't have this kind of certification and the system itself would have to get this certification.

    Hi,

    Can we have MS teams call with our team so that we can convey product requirements clearly.

    The regulator travel indicator is a mechanical stem with a screw indicator that shows position of the regulator internal diaphragm to indicate the open percentage. This indication can be used to estimate flow of natural gas through the regulator and is commonly used to determine the health of the pipeline.

    Hello Chethan,

    For clarification, by 0.5% of span, you are looking for an accuracy for 0.5% of 75m?  So an accuracy of 0.375mm?  If so, our OPT3101 cannot reach this type of accuracy.
