I have a question.

Does the initial AWR1843 have bootloader and firmware?

I think that AWR1843 can be written by setting the ON/OFF setting of the SOP switch to flash mode.

Hi Hiroyuki,

In the initial, it has the Rom bootloader. The Secondary bootloader and the app images can be loaded onto the core by setting it in the Flash SOP Mode.
After this you can utilize it in functional mode to get started.

OK, the configuration steps for AWR1843 are as follows

1. Power on the AWR1843 and the bootloader will start. (SOP switch toggles to flash mode.)
(Set the input voltage of the determined port to 3.3 V or 0 V.)

2. Set the SOP switch to flash mode.

3. Load API etc.

(By the way, does the early AWR1843 come with Firmware? If not, please let me know where the file for the firmware is.)

If you want to flash SBL or application from computer to AWR1843, you can use UART protocol.

(The connection method is to connect AWR1843 and TM4C129x with UART protocol, and TM4C129x and computer with USB protocol.)
