Hi there,
I was advised by the Texas Instruments Customer Support Center that the board I purchased in the TI store should be replaced (case number CS1280580, order number T03269831). Please let me know how to proceed.

I purchased the board and i'm struggling to make it working at all.
1. I'm, runnung the board as a module and I adjusted the jumbers as per manual.
2. I tried install all the demo software on a windows computer. The board forms 2 COM ports, but the software does not recognise the board (keep saying "waiting for hardware").
3. I connceted the board to another linux computer. Two serial devices appeared. If I connect a terminal to one of them, I can get the prompt "mmWave/>". However, the device does not respond to any commands or even CR - it is completely silent. I have attached a screenshot.
Given the diagnostice above, I suspect that something is wrong with the hardware. Please let me know if there are any known issues/fixes for that or, if confirmed, please let me know how to procees with replacement.
Hi,
If you get the mmwDemo prompt, this means that the board is functional.
There is a known issue with the Visualizer.
Please download the Visualizer to the PC and it should work
Thank you
Cesar
As I said above, the board does not accept any input from terminal. No echos, no execution of commands, nothing. Is it expected behaviour?
Also, please provide a link to the working version of Visualiser you mentioned
Yes,
Sorry for the delay
Please go to the Gallery
dev.ti.com\gallery
Search for Visualizer
Download mmWave Visualizer, version 3.6.0
Thank you
