Dear team,

I just got my AWR1642BOOST and was looking at Automotive Toolbox (3.6.0). I noticed that there is an "Obstacle Detection" lab for AWR1642-ODS EVM. I want to try it out, would sample codes intended for AWR1642-ODS EVM work on AWR1642BOOST?

And can I use AWR1642BOOST for obstacle detection purposes, I saw ODS model after I received Boost so I am quite curious..

    Hi,

    The demo designed for ODS evm will not run with boost evm

    We recommend using the mmWave SDK demo for boost evm. It will provide good performance as well for obstacle detection

    The only advantage of the ods EVM is that it provides

    • larger FOV
    • higher angular resolution for elevation
