Hello,TI's enggineers,

I read the function about MMWRDA_Cluster_DBscanRun,and meet a question.The var of inst->weight,MRR demo set the var is 1.1*1.1*obj->dbScanInstance.epsilon,

the obj->dbScanInstance.epsilon is range thresh,Why is it set this way? Is there any rationale?
