IWR1642: SFCW frequency

Hi Team,

Good day! Our customer is asking for IWR1642 single-chip 76-GHz to 81-GHz mmWave sensor integrating DSP and MCU evaluation module. It works on FMCW input freq. setup I was wondering if we can change it to SFCW. is it possible to do with this board? and how?

Hello Jonathan,

It could to possible to emulate SFCW behavior by setting a zero slope in profile config and using a delta start frequency for each subsequent chirp. Something like shown below. is that close to what you are looking for?
