To begin to understand the capabilities of our devices, I would recommend you begin by looking at the datasheet for the devices that are of interest and reviewing the material there. What device you should begin looking at will depend on your exact needs, but the two major differentiators will be which frequency band you need the device to be in (77GHz band or 60GHz band) and how much processing power on the SOC is needed (differing amounts of memory, some with Hardware Accelerators, some with a DSP).

Thank you for responding.  One of the challenges we have is that we are looking to do research using this technology.  We are not looking to use it in the traditional automotive or industrial applications.  We would like to know if there are any models that would give us access to the IQ data, and whether the range resolution can be improved using radar techniques other than FMCW as is discussed in your documentation.  Another way of asking is what radar techniques can be used with this hardware?  Is it only FMCW?
