DRV5011: High temp hall sensor with small package

Hello Team,

please suggest latch type hall sensor whose temperature rating is greater than 150C and in small package size (1.2mm X 2mm) like DRV5011 .

Hello Sayali,

Thanks for posting to the sensing forum! We currently do not have a hall sensor in that package that can operate at 150C, DRV5011 is currently the highest rated device device available with an operating temp range from -40C to 135C.
