AWR1843BOOST:When AWR1843BOOST and DCA1000EVM are used to collect data, the RS232 connection fails and DS1 (INERR) lights up after AWR1843BOOST is powered

I used AWR1843BOOST and DCA1000EVM to collect data. When I used mmWaveStudio to configure the board, I found that Connection failed of RS232 was reported: Calling_ConnectTarget returned 3. Then I used uniflash to erase the flash of AWR1843BOOST. Later, although RS232 could be connected, But the DS1 (INERR) lights up when the AWR1843BOOST is powered.

I have the following questions:

1: Do I need to erase the Flash when the newly purchased AWR1843BOOST RS232 fails to connect? I find it works fine after I erase flash?

2: Does DS1 light up properly after AWR1843BOOST's Flash is erased? DS1 for what lights up?

3: Is there a hardware problem?

4. AWR1843BOOST and DCA1000EVM are newly bought and have not been used normally. If the problem cannot be solved, I would like to return or exchange them.
