AWR2243BOOST: Using multiple transmitters

Part Number: AWR2243BOOST
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243

Hi Team,

Can you please help us with this inquiry from our customer?

When I capture data using 1 TX only, I get a bin file, I read that bin file using MATLAB, I have attached the Configuration I use in mmWave Studio.

For 1 TX only, I can generate good spectrograms in MATLAB

However, when I use more than 1 TX, the spectrograms I get don't make any sense

I am attaching the MATLAB code

I want to know if the TX1=C1+C2+C3 TX2=C1-C2+C3 TX3=C1+C2-C3 BPM encoding would work with 3 TX

  • Hi,

BPM would work only with 2 Tx.

In order to achieve the Phase Shifters. You would need to use 180deg Phase Shift for "-"

Please use google site search as follows to find more information

site e2e.ti.com awr2243 phase shifter studio

    Thank you
