Hi Expert,

About HDC3020DEFR, Customer would like to implement the width of thermal pad from 1.2 to 0.85mm as below? Is there any concern?

Thanks for the post - we don't recommend deviating from the land pattern examples, for any device.

The risk would be 100% on them. The better question is: What is their motivation to ask?
