AWR1843BOOST: The problem about velocity of the ghost object caused by parallel interference

Part Number: AWR1843BOOST

Hi, the papar (Interference Mitigation For AWR/IWR Devices (Rev. A)) shows that the ghost object caused by parallel interference will has a random distance and random velocity. It is easy to understand the why the distance is random. But I am confused why it also has a random velocity. Can you explain it theoretically? Thanks.
